Hello! My name is Christa Clasgens and I am the owner and operator behind Silver Hen Fly Co. Originally from Virginia, I have spent most of my life in West Virginia and Pennsylvania where I found my passion for fly fishing and retracing my family roots. When I discovered my love for fly fishing it wasn't long until I wanted to share it with anyone who was willing to give it a try. Today, I guide year round for trout, steelhead, and small mouth and absolutely love introducing folks from all over the wonders of both the Youghiogheny River and the tributaries of Lake Erie.

Aside from her fishiness- Emma has an incredible talent for tying flies. She is consistently trying new patters on the vise and putting them to the test on the water. Sarah Lilly is a lover of all things Appalachian and a proud West Virginia native. She was first introduced to fly fishing at age eighteen and fell forever in love with the sport. Not only does Sarah know her way around some great Steelhead tributaries, but she champions the wilderness in WV for some of the most pristine native Brook Trout, and wild Brown Trout waters. In addition to guiding for Silver Hen Co, she spends her summers outside of Jackson, WY heading the fly fishing department at CM Ranch and taking clients into the rocky mountain wilderness for Cutthroat, Brown, and Rainbow Trout

Lucas is a Pennsylvania native with over 20 years fishing Western PA and over 7 years of professional guiding. Lucas first began his guiding career in Ohiopyle State Park. After a couple years mastering the Yough river, he went West and worked for Bluequill Angler in Colorado for 4 years. Now, he's back stateside with Silver Hen Fly Co g
